how it began.
It started with Mishti, and watching Kolkata's grand festival slip away while her parents, caught in life's endless rush, had lost the spark of precious time with their family spent under the vision of Durga Maa.
Every autumn, the city comes alive with the rhythm of dhaks and the warmth of festive lights. All year long, little Mishti dreamt of pandal hopping hand-in-hand through the night with her parents. But between demanding routines, unending commutes, and the exhausting chaos of city crowds, the planning kept slipping away, leaving her heartbroken as another Puja passed by.
Seeing that heartbreak was our turning point. We built Ghuri so families don't have to battle maps, queues, and guesswork just to share a night together. Ghuri took care of the routes and timings, so her parents could finally slow down, step into the crowd, and give Mishti the unforgettable festival she had always dreamed of.
